CSR4T aims to guide tourism companies towards the 2030 Agenda and Sustainable Tourism by familiarizing them with the principles, advantages and disadvantages of Corporate Social Responsibility. The focus on CSR4T is particularly crucial in the context of the tourism sector, as it equips companies to navigate the complexities of their social, environmental and economic impacts. Through this guide, CSR4T aims to foster a more responsible and sustainable approach within the tourism industry, contributing to its long-term resilience and positive social impact.
To achieve the objectives of the CSR4T project, this course has been designed and made accessible. The six modules of the course constitute a complete program aimed at improving sustainability, innovation and inclusion in companies and the industry. The first module emphasizes the importance of fostering an inclusive workforce. The subsequent modules cover the development of soft skills, technical skills for green CSR impact, business innovation practices, effective actions for a greener industry and the introduction of new foundational concepts tailored to contemporary industry needs. This holistic approach equips learners with a diverse set of skills to meet the challenges and opportunities of a rapidly evolving business landscape.
